THE TABLE
“For me, good food is when you lift the lid, it smokes, it feels good and we can serve again,” said Paul Bocuse.

ETIENNE MARTY
Trained at the Grégoire Ferrandi School in Paris, I have practised at the Petit Boileau and at La table de Claire, both local restaurants serving fresh food straight from the market. I’m now opening this “table d’hôte “ to take the time to cook for you.
Inspired by the family cooking of my childhood, the dishes I will cook for you will be based on Provence fruits and vegetables , Mediterranean fish or local lamb…
I will propose you to choose from the southern vallée du Rhône wines, particularly Luberon or Ventoux. You will taste “appelation d’origine contrôlée” full of body wines from hardly known varieties of vine : Vermentino, Marsanne, Syrah, Cinsault…
The price of evening meals, on reservation, is 35 euros, wine not included.
More simply, you can also appreciate at the end of the day, “the Plate” of the Balcons du Luberon, which will vary according to the seasons. The price is 18 euros.
